14. The Association shall upon the recommendation of the Council but not otherwise have power by Ordinary Resolution to make Bye-Laws for the regulation of the affairs of the Association and for the furtherance of its objects and from time to time to amend or revoke the same. All such Bye-Laws for the time being in force shall be binding upon the Members in the same manner as these Articles. In the event of any conflict between the Bye-Laws and these Articles the provisions of these Articles shall prevail. In the interpretation of the Bye-Laws the provisions of Article 1, so far as applicable, shall apply thereto.
15. Bye-Laws may be made, amended and revoked by the Council at any time before the first annual general meeting of the Association, but not afterwards. Any Bye-Laws so made shall continue in force after the first annual general meeting (unless amended or revoked thereat) as if they had been made by the Association under Article 14, and may be amended or revoked accordingly.
